FEES & CHARGES

CURRENT/FUTURE FEES

  • Breakfast Club –£6.50 (sibling rate £5.50)

  • Afterschool Club –£10.00 (sibling rate £9.00)
    From Term 6 2024-25

  • Breakfast Club –£6.50 (sibling rate £5.50)

  • Afterschool Club –£11.00 (sibling rate £10.00)
    From Term 1 2025-2026

  • Breakfast Club –£6.50 Per child

Last minute bookings that go through the After School Club Manager will be charged at the first child rate and no sibling discount will apply.

 

A late collection fee of £10.00 per child will be charged if children are collected after 6.00 pm and for each subsequent 15 minutes.

There is an initial registration fee of £15 per family annually.  This will increase to £16 from Term 1 in 2025-2026.

TEMPORARY CHANGES

Please remember that we need to know if your child (or children) will not be attending Stay & Play for any reason. Even if you have informed the school, we still need to know. In cases of illness or emergency when notice cannot be given, please call as soon as you can. 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Sessions booked can be cancelled with a 4 week notice period by contacting the Club Manager, Susan Kingdon on ms.kingdon@westburyparkschool.co.uk

Refunds/credits left on account if the club cannot open as expected; for example if the school is closed due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Please do let us know, however, if your child cannot attend a booked session.

PAYMENT OF FEES

It is possible to make part payments on MCAS for bookings made. PLEASE NOTE, full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the next booking session opening (any accounts left in deficit at this point will not be able to book for the following term).  Please note that Westbury Park is cashless and cash and cheques will not be accepted. The school will accept payment by childcare vouchers/Tax free childcare – (please see separate instructions.)  Payment for these sessions must also be paid as above.
Payment is due for all sessions your child is booked onto regardless of whether your child attends.

 

Please note, you will not receive an invoice, it is your responsibility to check the account is up to date.
 

The school reserves the right to review fees on an annual basis.  Please note that non payment of debt may result in booking ability being removed.
 

If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak in confidence to the Business Manager.
