FEES & CHARGES
Please remember that we need to know if your child (or children) will not be attending Stay & Play for any reason. Even if you have informed the school, we still need to know.In cases of illness or emergency when notice cannot be given, please call as soon as you can.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We require four weeks notice if you would like to cancel individual or block bookings.
There are absolutely no refunds on sessions booked other than when the club cannot open as expected; for example if the school is closed due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment is required in advance for all sessions. Please note that Westbury Park is cashless and cash and cheques will not be accepted. The school will accept payment by childcare vouchers – (please see separate instructions.) Payment for these sessions must also be released in advance.
Payment is due for all sessions your child is booked onto regardless of whether your child attends.
Bank holidays and professional days will not be charged for. The school reserves the right to review fees on an annual basis.
If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak in confidence to the Business Manager.
